Training and e-learning
Your own training record
Everything you have completed, in one place, printable, and yours rather than your school's.
On this page
Your learning record is everything you have completed here: e-learning, courses attended, the dates, the certificates, and what is still in date.
It is yours
The record follows the person, not the post. It is your evidence of your own professional development, and it is the thing to print for an appraisal, a performance review or an application.
Your school can see, on its compliance matrix, whether you are in date for the training it has asked of you. That is a different question and a narrower one: it is about the modules your school has required, not about everything you have ever done.
Printing it
The PDF is the whole record on paper: every completion, when, and when each runs out. Individual certificates print separately from the same page.
What is on it
- Every e-learning module you have completed, with the date and the expiry.
- Every course you were marked present at.
- Every attempt at a knowledge check, openable again with the questions, your answers and the feedback.
- Anything currently in progress, and how far through you are.
In date and out of date
Anything with a lifetime shows when it runs out, and anything that has run out is shown as such rather than removed. A lapsed completion is still a true statement about what you did; it just stops counting as current. See certificates, and when one runs out.
If you move school
The record belongs to your account. Where you move to another school in the borough and your new school invites the same email address, it comes with you. Where you have a new address, print the PDF before you go: it is a signed statement of what you did and it does not need this site to be readable.
Something missing
Two ordinary causes. A course you attended but were not marked present at — the register is marked by whoever ran it, and it is worth asking them. Or a module completed under a different account, which happens where somebody starts with a shared office login and later gets their own. Ask in the help bubble with the module and the approximate date.
Not what you were after?
Ask City Council in the bubble at the corner of any page, or open your help conversation in full. It is one conversation that never closes, so there is nothing to raise and no subject line to invent.
