Employment law changes every year and tribunal awards are uncapped for discrimination. A school without advice tends to find out which of its practices have drifted at the point somebody challenges one. The commonest cost we see is not the award; it is the twelve months of leadership time spent on a case that a telephone call in week one would have shortened.
