What emergency cover actually covers
When it applies, what response you get, and what happens if you have not bought it.
Emergency critical task cover is an option on several contracts. Where you hold it, the response commitment stated on the service applies to critical tasks outside normal support hours.
Where you do not hold it, critical matters are dealt with in the next working period. The difference is stated on each service before you buy, and appears as its own line on your order so you can see exactly what the option cost.
