How training bookings, cancellations and delegate changes work
Reserve places first, name delegates later, and swap them at no charge.
Reserve the places you need as soon as a course is published: you do not have to know yet who is going. Name your delegates whenever you like, right up to the day before.
If somebody cannot come, swapping them for a colleague is free. If you need to cancel the place altogether, the charge that applies is shown before you confirm, and it comes from the published cancellation policy for that course.
