Before you come
Bring a laptop if you have one. Refreshments are provided; lunch is not.
If you need to cancel
You can cancel or swap a delegate yourself at any time. The charge, if there is one, is shown
before you confirm: you never find out afterwards on an invoice.
10 or more working days before: no charge
5 to 9 working days before: 50% of the fee
Fewer than 5 working days before: 100% of the fee
Swapping a delegate is always free. If the person booked cannot come, name
somebody else instead and nothing is charged.
